Live Your Golf Dream

Take A San Francisco Limo to

Pebble Beach

Phil Macafee

Many golfer dream playing the famous courses at Pebble Beach. Quicksilver can help you make this dream a reality when its black TownCars picks you up and San Francisco Airport or Mineta San Jose Airport, then drives you down the California Coast Highway 1 to Carmel and Pebble Beach. For sheer golf beauty, there is absolutely no place like.

Once at Pebble Beach you will fulfill the dream to play one of the great courses in the world. When you step out on t he course, you can look down the fairway where golfers from Hogan to Palmer to Nicklaus to Watson to Woods all looked.

Three Courses: Each of the Resorts courses offers a unique heritage, breathtaking beauty, and a once in a lifetime experience. Using a car service allows you to sit back and watch the scenery from Santa Cruz to the front gate. If you are traveling with your golf buddies ask Quicksilver reservation, 800.468.9622, for a Suburban, large enough to hold clubs, bags, foursome and return with the trophy.

The Pebble Beach course offers exquisite beauty and challenge that has thrilled golfers and spectators. Pebble Beach has been the site of golf's most prestigious tournaments, including the annual AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, and the 1972, '82, '92 and 2000 U.S. Open Championships. Pebble Beach Golf Links is ranked the No. 1 Public Course in America by Golf Digest in 2007.

The course is a par 72, 18 holes, 6,737 yards, with a championship rating of 73.8. For same day tee times you must call Pebble Beach Golf Links Pro Shop at (831) 622-8723. Greens fees, golf rates for resort guests are $495 per person which includes a golf cart. Golf rates for day trippers not staying within the resort are the same $495, cart not included.

Spanish Bay: The Links at Spanish Bay recalls the original Scottish concept of the game golf, established over five hundred years ago. This was the intention of the design team of Robert Trent Jones Jr., Tom Watson and Sandy Tatum, in their creation of a true links golf course. The Links are so authentic that even the Monterey coastline seems to mirrors the rugged, natural beauty of Scotland, but the food is much better.

Spanish Bay is 18 holes, par 72, 6,821 yards long with a championship rating of 74.1.

Golf Shop phone number is (831) 647-7495 for same day tee times. Greens fees and golf rates for resort guests are $260 per person which includes a golf cart. The modest fee for those not staying within the resort is the same $260, the cart is not included.

Spyglass Hill: Spyglass Hill Golf Course was ranked number five on "America's 100 Greatest Public Courses" list by Golf Digest for 2003 - 2004. Spyglass is reputed to be the second-toughest course in Northern California, and the beast of three courses at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.

The Spyglass Hill course is 18 holes, par 72, at 6,862 yards long, with a championship rating of 75.3. Call the Spyglass Hill Golf Course Pro Shop at (831) 625-8563 for same day tee times. Greens fees and golf rates for resort guests are $330 per person which includes a golf cart. Golf rates for just golf is the same $330, cart is not included.

Once there you can paraphrase the words of Robert Louis Stevenson: A most felicitous meeting of land and sea.
